Payment options
A customer abandoning the purchase at the payment step is one of the most expensive losses in e-commerce. Familiar payment methods and a smooth 3D Secure flow reduce that loss. Payment methods built into IMFLEXI:
- Bank virtual POS: Garanti, Yapı Kredi (Posnet), Vakıfbank and a generic virtual POS layer
- Payment institutions: iyzico and similar intermediary payment services
- International: PayPal
- Bank transfer (EFT): Payment with bank details and approval from the panel
- Cash on delivery: Collection at the door, compatible with the carrier
- Wallet and balance: Payment with a balance topped up by the customer or dealer
- Dealer collection: Orders charged to the current account on the B2B side
A virtual POS (payment gateway — the bank service that lets you accept card payments online) is configured for whichever bank you work with. You can set up more than one POS.
Installments and card recognition
When the customer enters the first digits of their card number, the system recognizes which bank and card program it belongs to (BIN lookup) and shows the installment options available for that card. Installment rates can be defined per product or product type. Every POS transaction is logged; the reason for a failed payment can be seen in the panel.
Shipping integrations
- Yurtiçi Kargo, MNG Kargo, Aras Kargo, UPS, KolayGelsin and other local logistics companies
- In-store pickup: The customer collects the order from your physical store
- Generic shipping module: For carriers you have a contract with but that aren't on the list
When an order is prepared, a shipment is created, the tracking number is added to the order and sent to the customer. Shipment status is checked at regular intervals, and "delivered" is recorded on the order automatically. Your customer service team can answer "where is my package?" at a glance from the panel.
Shipping fees and regional rules
Shipping fees can be calculated by weight, volumetric weight (desi), cart total, region or warehouse. Rules such as free shipping above a certain amount or different delivery times for certain provinces are set up in the panel. In multi-warehouse setups, shipping is calculated based on the warehouse the order ships from.
Contracts, invoices and KVKK
The distance sales contract and the pre-contract information form are approved by the customer at checkout and stored with the order. Order documents and invoice printouts are generated as PDFs; the e-invoice (e-Fatura) side can be connected through your ERP or e-invoice provider. KVKK (Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law) requirements for processing payment and customer data are part of the setup; for details, see our KVKK compliance page.
What do you gain from having it ready?
You don't need to work with a separate integration company. You sign your contract with your bank or carrier; we enter the connection details into the system and test them. Before going live, a real payment and shipping flow is tried in a test environment. For our general e-commerce approach, see our e-commerce service page.
Frequently asked questions
Can we use our own bank's virtual POS?
Yes. The virtual POS of the bank you work with is set up. If the bank isn't on the list, we review its integration documentation and connect it.
Can several payment methods be active at the same time?
Yes. Card, bank transfer, cash on delivery and balance can all be offered at once; which method is available to whom can be set by customer group.
Do we make the agreement with the carrier ourselves?
Yes, the contract is between you and the carrier. We set up the connection, test it and hand it over in working order.
