Connect your Shopify store to your ERP, shipping and invoicing.

Shopify makes it easy to open a store; getting it to talk to your ERP, e-invoicing and shipping setup in Türkiye is a separate job. With a Shopify integration, we build the order, stock and document flow without manual transfers.

What is Shopify and who uses it?

Shopify is a Canada-based, subscription e-commerce platform. The storefront, checkout, product and order management come ready in the cloud and can be extended with themes and apps. In Türkiye it is chosen especially by brands selling abroad and by D2C (direct-to-consumer) brands that want to get started quickly.

Shopify has an API open to developers and event notifications (webhooks). A Shopify integration uses these interfaces to get your store talking to your ERP, your e-invoice provider and your carrier in Türkiye.

Shopify's app store has many ready-made integrations, and some of them may do the job. But when it comes to account matching with Turkish ERPs such as Netsis and Logo, setting up e-archive invoices (e-Arşiv, the Turkish electronic invoice for consumers) or business rules specific to your company, off-the-shelf apps can fall short. We look at the ready-made options first and recommend a custom integration only when it is truly needed.

What do we connect with Shopify?

If you also sell the same products on marketplaces, stock is synced between Shopify and the marketplaces as well.

Typical scenarios

  • A brand selling abroad: Sales are made in foreign currency on Shopify; the order is transferred to the ERP in Türkiye, the export invoicing process is set up according to your accounting practice, and a carrier such as UPS is connected for international shipping.
  • Domestic D2C brand: The order lands in the ERP, an e-archive invoice is issued automatically, a shipment is created with a carrier such as Yurtiçi Kargo, a nationwide Turkish parcel carrier, and the tracking number goes to the customer from Shopify.
  • Platform change: For companies hitting Shopify's limits and needing B2B price lists or a product configurator, we also openly discuss moving to IMFLEXI. Product, customer and order history are migrated; details on the platform migration page.

How do we work?

  1. Analysis: We list your store's structure, the apps you use, your ERP and the transfers done by hand.
  2. Mapping: Shopify products and variants are mapped to ERP stock codes, along with tax settings, shipping methods and payment types.
  3. Test environment: The integration is tried on a development store or with test orders.
  4. Go-live: The stock flow goes live first, then the order flow; we monitor the first days together.
  5. Monitoring: Webhooks are logged. A missed or failed order is queued and retried; in addition, the order list is compared at intervals to make sure no record is lost.

What to prepare before we start

  • Admin access to your Shopify store and a list of the apps you use
  • Your ERP and whether your product codes match the SKUs in Shopify
  • Your e-invoice integrator and where invoices will be issued
  • Your contracted carriers
  • If you sell abroad: countries, currencies and your export invoicing process
  • A list of tasks done by hand today (order transfer, entering tracking numbers and so on)

This list makes clear which ready-made apps will stay and which work will be done with a custom integration.

Security and KVKK

A limited app access with only the necessary permissions is defined for the integration. Access keys are kept in a restricted configuration, not in the code. Because Shopify is a cloud service headquartered abroad, customer data is processed outside Türkiye; under KVKK (Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law), this counts as a cross-border transfer. The privacy notice and the necessary legal basis should be prepared with this in mind; we handle this as part of KVKK compliance work at no extra charge.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need to close our Shopify store?

No. We connect your existing Shopify store to your ERP, shipping and e-invoicing. A migration comes up only if you want one and there is a good reason for it.

Can e-archive invoices be issued from Shopify?

The invoice is issued through your ERP or e-invoice integrator; the integration carries the order there and sends the invoice link to the customer.

Why a custom integration when ready-made Shopify apps exist?

If a ready-made app does the job, we recommend it. When Turkish ERPs, account matching or special business rules are involved, a custom integration is more robust.

Can marketplace and Shopify stock be managed together?

Yes. Stock is fed from a single source (usually the ERP), and Shopify and the marketplaces are updated at the same time.
