What is READERP?

READERP is an ERP reporting layer developed by Globya. It connects with read-only access to the databases of the ERP and finance platforms widely used in Türkiye, with Netsis and Logo first among them. In other words, it reads your data, analyzes it and turns it into reports; it never writes a single row to your ERP, never adds a table and never installs a module.

ERPs are great at keeping records but struggle to answer management questions. For questions like "What does cash look like for the next two weeks?", "Who owes us, and for how long?" or "How is this year's revenue tracking against last year?", in most companies someone sits down and merges tables in Excel. READERP was written to put an end to that.

Setup is completed the same day, not a single row in your ERP is touched, and no port is opened in your firewall.

What problems does it solve?

You probably recognize at least one of these:

• The month-end Excel meetup: Three people get together for a report, files are merged, and the next month the same work starts over.
• Last year is in another database: Comparing this year with last year means merging two separate databases by hand.
• Two numbers for the same question: Two people calculate revenue and get two different results. Both are right, because they aren't measuring the same thing.
• The weekly cash ordeal: Every Monday, receivables coming due, checks, salaries and taxes are listed by hand, and one item gets forgotten.

READERP's approach isn't just to show a number, but to make it a number you can sign off on. Next to every figure, it shows a summary of the query that produced it, the period and the calculation method. Who is it for?

READERP was written for companies that have used their ERP consistently for years but still prepare management reports by hand. It makes a real difference when:

Security and read-only architecture

The fact that READERP cannot write to your ERP isn't a setting; it's a design decision. A small agent program installed inside your company runs only read queries, opens the connection outward itself, and accepts only signed queries. Your raw tables never leave your server; only result rows go to the panel. Everything your IT team will ask is answered on the read-only and security page.

Same-day setup

Setup doesn't require a project team, a separate server or months of consulting. The agent is installed, your database structure is discovered by measuring it, queries are validated on your own data, and the first reports come out the same day. The steps: same-day setup.

Merges fiscal-period databases into one series

Systems like Netsis open a separate database for each fiscal year. On top of that, a database's name doesn't always tell you correctly which year it holds; some also contain records from the neighboring year. A system that matches by name will show some years as empty or incomplete. READERP matches years by counting and shows ten years in a single chart. How we do it: fiscal-period merging.

Ask in plain language

Instead of navigating a report menu, you type your question in plain language. READERP first answers this: can this question be answered with the data available? If not, it says so clearly and explains what is missing; it doesn't serve up the closest report as if it were the right answer. Details: asking questions in plain language.

Reports open in the panel and, if you like, arrive in your inbox weekly, monthly or quarterly, noting what has changed since the previous send. If you have more than one company, each legal entity is read within its own scope, and users see only the companies they are authorized for.

How it differs from tools like Power BI

General business intelligence tools read data but don't know the rules of the accounting ledger. Year-end closing and carry-over entries, separate fiscal-period databases or foreign-currency customer/supplier accounts can quietly produce wrong numbers in these tools: no error message, just wrong. READERP was written with these rules in mind, and every report clearly states its own method and limits. You don't have to give up your current BI tool either; the correctly read data READERP produces can be shown wherever you like.
