A panel on screen, a briefing in your inbox.

The screens below were taken from a real READERP installation; company, bank, customer and product names and all figures have been changed. Open each one and see how it would look for your company.

Two different needs, one set of data

Two different people use an ERP report in two different ways. The person responsible for finance sits at the screen, checks where each number comes from and opens the breakdowns. The company owner, on the other hand, often never logs in to the panel; for them it's enough that what matters arrives briefly and on time.

That is why READERP delivers the same data in two ways: a panel on screen, a briefing in your inbox. Both are fed by the same layer, which connects with read-only access to the ERP and finance platforms widely used in Türkiye, with Netsis and Logo first among them. So the number in the panel and the number in the email always match.

Live demo: The pages below preview individual screens. To explore the whole panel, its menus and the catalog of 35 reports, open demo.readerp.com. READERP itself runs there with a fictional company's data; no sign-up needed.

On screen: the management panel

  • Finance panel: progress toward the revenue target, cash, what was sold, receivables aging, expense breakdown, cash conversion cycle, stock and team on a single page. Under each section, it states how the figure was calculated.
  • Revenue target: the annual target isn't simply divided by four. It is spread across quarters and months according to the seasonal shape measured from the real monthly distribution of recent years.
  • Databases: which database belongs to which company and which years it holds. The period is measured from the transactions inside the database, not from its name. A database with 2023 in its name may also hold records from 2024; READERP finds this on its own.
  • API usage: if your e-commerce site, dealer portal or CRM pulls data from the ERP, which report it pulls and how often, how many rows it returns, and the error rate. Personal parameters such as tax numbers and email addresses are masked in the log.

So that you can sign off on the figures, each section carries its own calculation method alongside it. For details on the method, see the fiscal-period merging and receivables aging pages.

In your inbox: daily, weekly and monthly briefings

The report you set up can arrive in your inbox on a regular schedule. Instead of listing figures, the briefing first tells you what you need to do:

  • Daily briefing: what came into and went out of the till yesterday, receivables and payments due today, and a warning if a new order was entered for a customer who is behind on payments.
  • Weekly briefing: the cash forecast for the next four weeks, who you need to call this week, and any government incentive you are about to miss.
  • Monthly close: sales and collections over the last six months, customers whose payment habits have changed, and what late receivables are costing you in financing.

Under every figure in the briefings, it states which validated query for which period it came from. You can ask about any figure you're curious about by replying to the email in plain language; the plain-language questions page explains how this works.

If you'd like to see it with your own data

The reports in the samples come ready with setup; if your company needs a report of its own, it is added through custom financial reports. Setup is completed the same day, and not a single row is written to your ERP. You can call us at +90 850 432 55 13 or write to us through our contact page; pricing follows in a written proposal after the discovery call. Describe your needs now in 3 minutes

Are the figures on the screens real?

No. The structure of the screens was taken from a real READERP installation, but company, bank, customer and product names and all figures are fictional. No real company's data is shown.

Who receives the briefing email, and how often?

You decide the recipients and the frequency: daily, weekly or monthly. The company owner can get a short summary, and the finance team a more detailed version.

Can the figures in the panel and the email differ?

No. Both are fed by the same read-only connection and the same validated queries.

We have several companies and databases split across years. Is that a problem?

No. Databases are assigned to companies, and periods are measured from the transactions and merged into a single time series. Details are on the fiscal-period merging page.
