What is Hepsiburada and how does it work for sellers?
Hepsiburada is one of Türkiye's long-established e-commerce platforms and one of its largest online marketplaces. Across electronics, home, baby, cosmetics and many other categories, it offers both its own retail sales and products from marketplace sellers. Sellers manage their stores through the seller panel, and seller integration services are available for sellers and software companies that want to integrate.
A Hepsiburada integration uses these services to connect the product, stock, price and order flow to your ERP and your other sales channels.
Success on a marketplace depends heavily on operational indicators: shipping orders on time, keeping the cancellation rate low and keeping stock information accurate. With manual management, these indicators slip in busy periods. By tying this work to the discipline of software rather than the attention of your team, the integration helps protect performance during campaign periods as well.

Typical scenarios
- Electronics and accessories seller: Stock for thousands of products changes quickly in the ERP. Stock changes go to Hepsiburada and the other channels at short intervals; items that have sold out are not sold.
- Hepsiburada and Trendyol together: The same product sells on both marketplaces under different pricing rules, and orders are gathered in a single list. See Trendyol integration.
- Invoice chain: The order lands in the ERP, an e-archive invoice (e-Arşiv, the Turkish electronic invoice for consumers) is issued, and the invoice details are sent to Hepsiburada; the customer sees the invoice on the order screen.
Hepsiburada with IMFLEXI
IMFLEXI is our e-commerce platform that comes with marketplace integrations. You enter products once and map them to Hepsiburada's category and attribute structure; orders appear in the same panel as your other channels, and stock drops in one place. Details: IMFLEXI marketplace integration. If you do not use IMFLEXI, we can still build a direct flow between your ERP and Hepsiburada.
Why does category and attribute mapping matter?
Marketplaces require specific mandatory attributes for each category: size, color, brand, warranty period, compatible model and so on. The product card in your ERP may not carry all of these fields. This mapping is the most labor-intensive part of the integration; once it is done right, new products are transferred with the same rules on their own. We also list products rejected because of missing information, together with the reason.
How do we work?
- Analysis: We review your product count, categories, existing listings and ERP setup.
- Mapping: Category, attribute, barcode and pricing rules are put in writing; existing listings are matched by barcode.
- Test: A trial is run with a limited product group.
- Go-live: It is opened to all products, and in the first days the results are compared with the panel.
- Monitoring: A record that could not be transferred goes into the error queue and is retried; the cause can be read from the logs.
What to prepare before we start
- Access to the Hepsiburada seller panel and integration credentials
- A barcode list of your existing products
- The categories you sell in and the product attributes missing in those categories
- Your channel pricing rule
- Your order preparation and carrier handover routine
We list the missing product attributes and decide together which information will be kept in the ERP and which only on the integration side.
Security and KVKK
Hepsiburada credentials are kept in a restricted configuration, not in the code. Customer information that comes with an order is processed only for order fulfillment and delivery, and no more fields than necessary are transferred. The requirements of KVKK (Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law) are met in full, at no extra charge.

Frequently asked questions
Do we have to enter every attribute by hand to list products on Hepsiburada?
We complete the missing fields together during the initial mapping. After that, because rules are defined, new products are mostly transferred without manual intervention.
Do orders land in the ERP automatically?
Yes, the flow is built that way. Account matching and pricing rules are set according to your accounting practice.
Is a product taken off sale when its stock hits zero?
When zero stock is sent, the product can no longer be purchased. A safety stock is recommended for fast-selling products.
Can several marketplaces be managed at the same time?
Yes. Stock is fed from a single source; Hepsiburada, Trendyol, n11 and your own site are updated at the same time.
