What is a B2B dealer portal?
A B2B dealer portal is an online system where your dealers, wholesale customers or corporate buyers place orders through a private login made just for them. The difference from retail e-commerce is that each customer sees their own prices, their own payment terms and their own current account. A dealer no longer has to call your sales rep to place an order; at any hour of the day, they enter the order against live stock and pricing.
This kind of system makes the biggest difference for companies with a wide product range, regular repeat orders and a dealer network: spare parts and consumables distributors, building materials suppliers, food and beverage wholesalers, and mechanical and plumbing supply sellers, to name a few.

What happens without a portal?
Companies that run dealer orders over phone and messages tend to see the same picture: the same product gets requested under two different names, a sales rep enters an item under the wrong code, a dealer orders something that is out of stock and has to be called back later. Orders that come in after hours wait until the next morning. A dealer who wants to know their balance or payment status calls accounting.
Each of these looks small on its own, but added up they eat into your sales team's days and into the trust of the dealer relationship.
Dealer-specific pricing, discounts and accounts
Pricing is the heart of a dealer portal. The same product can be sold to different dealers at different prices, with different discounts and different payment terms. In the portal these rules are defined once; when a dealer logs in, they see only their own prices.
On the same screen, the dealer also follows their current account, open invoices, order history and shipment status. Typical structures we support include:
- Price lists by dealer group
- Extra discounts by product group or brand
- Tiered pricing that drops as quantity goes up
- Credit limits, with an approval flow when a limit is exceeded
- Payment on terms, or card collection through a payment screen

ERP connection
A dealer portal is only trustworthy if the information it shows is correct. If stock, prices and account balances already live in your ERP or accounting software, the portal pulls them from there, and orders flow from the portal back into the ERP. That way you never enter the same information in two places, and the portal never drifts out of line with your books.
Company-specific connections are built by the same team as part of our integration service. If you want to track dealer sales and collections at the management level, READERP lets you report on the data in common ERPs, led by Netsis and Logo, the ERP systems widely used in Türkiye, simply by asking questions in plain language.

B2B and B2C on one platform
Many companies that sell to dealers also want to sell to end customers, or the reverse: a brand with a retail site wants to build a dealer network. Running two separate systems means two product catalogs, two stock pools and two admin panels. Globya's e-commerce platform IMFLEXI supports B2B and B2C sales on the same foundation: products and stock are shared, and pricing, payment and ordering rules change based on who is logged in.

The portal through a dealer's eyes
However well a dealer portal is built, it is useless if dealers do not use it. That is why we design the screens around the dealer's day. A dealer who logs in from their phone in the morning first sees announcements and promotions. They search by product code or upload their Excel order list in one go. They repeat last week's order with a single click and see the expected arrival date for items that are out of stock. After confirming the order, they follow its status and shipping details on the same screen.
Your sales reps can use the portal too: during a field visit they can enter an order on the dealer's behalf and check the dealer's account status. The portal becomes a shared workspace not just for dealers but for your sales team as well.
How we build it
- Getting to know you: Over the phone, we listen to how your dealer network is structured, how orders flow and which systems you use.
- Preliminary analysis: We review your pricing rules, product data and ERP connection options.
- Written proposal: Scope, timeline and deliverables are made clear; pricing is included in this proposal.
- Pilot: We first try the portal with a few dealers and refine it based on their feedback.
- Rollout and support: All dealers are invited, and after launch you keep working with the same team.
Since 2000 we have worked with more than 280 corporate clients across 14 industries, and we know the daily operations of wholesale and B2B distribution companies closely. For the dealer and customer data collected in the portal, KVKK (Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law) requirements are fully covered at no extra cost.

Frequently asked questions
Will my dealers actually get used to the portal?
Starting the pilot with a few dealers makes the transition much easier. Features like quick ordering, repeating a previous order and searching by product code quickly make the portal more practical than ordering by phone.
Can I show a different price to each dealer?
Yes. Pricing rules are defined by dealer group, product group, quantity and payment terms, and each dealer sees only their own prices.
Can we set up a dealer portal if we do not have an ERP?
Yes. The portal can run with its own stock and account management. If you move to an ERP later, the connection can be added then.
How is the price of a dealer portal determined?
It depends on the number of dealers, how complex your pricing rules are and what integrations you need. Pricing follows as a written proposal after the discovery call. Describe your needs now in 3 minutes
