1. Introduction: we start with a phone call
Our first conversation takes place by phone. We don't give a sales pitch on this call; we listen. We try to understand your company, your products or services, your current website and systems, the issue that wears you down most, and your goals.
At the end of this call, which usually lasts 20-30 minutes, we decide together what we will look into in the next step. You can call us at +90 850 432 55 13 or request a call back from our contact page.
2. Research and the preliminary analysis report
After the introduction, we do our homework. We review your current website for speed, mobile experience, Google and AI visibility, security, email reputation and KVKK (Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law). We also research your industry and your competitors' digital presence.
We share what we find in a plain-language report prepared just for you. The report says clearly what works well and what is missing; we never fill in something we couldn't find or verify with guesswork. This step is free of charge and carries no obligation. We describe what the report covers in detail on the free preliminary analysis page.
3. Written proposal
After we talk through the report, we prepare a written proposal based on your priorities. The proposal spells out the following:
- The scope of the work, and what falls outside it
- The deliverables and an estimated date for each
- The price and payment schedule
- Support and maintenance terms after launch
We never quote a price verbally; it always comes in a written proposal. That way you know from the start what you are getting, when, and at what cost.
4. Development and interim deliveries
Once the proposal is approved, we get to work. When the work begins, we hold online meetings as needed; most topics, though, we resolve quickly by phone and email.
Rather than delivering the project all at once, we move forward with interim deliveries. We show you the design, the first pages, the integrations and the content as each becomes ready, and we ask for your feedback. That way there are no surprises at the end; you will have steered the work along the way.
We make one concrete promise about speed: a new corporate website is ready within the first 10 days. For larger projects such as e-commerce, custom software and integration, the timeline is laid out step by step in the written proposal.
We don't touch your current website
Throughout development, your current website stays live and we leave it alone. The new system is prepared in a separate environment; you can browse it like a real site, try it out and approve it. Your visitors and customers see no change at all during this time.
5. Launch and support
Once you approve, we switch to the new system in a single step. Redirecting old page addresses to the right new ones, protecting your Google rankings, and checking email and form settings are all part of this step. Your website doesn't go offline during the switch.
After launch, we stay by your side. We are your first call for security updates, small changes, new needs and changing regulations. If you like, we can also take on hosting and maintenance, so you deal with a single team that knows your website's server, code and content. For details, see our hosting and maintenance service.
Principles that apply at every step
- One point of contact: From start to finish, you know whom you are talking to.
- Plain language: We explain technical topics in a way that is easy to follow.
- KVKK as standard: No KVKK requirement is left out of the work we do, and it is never billed separately.
- Clarity in writing: Scope, timeline and cost are always in writing.
Is the first conversation free of charge?
Yes. The introductory phone call and the preliminary analysis report are free of charge and carry no obligation of any kind.
How are meetings held?
The first conversation takes place by phone. Once the work begins, we continue with online meetings as needed. This is how we work with companies all over Türkiye.
Can we request changes during the project?
Yes. That is exactly what interim deliveries are for. If a change expands the scope, we discuss it in advance and confirm it in writing.
Will our Google rankings drop when we move to the new site?
Because we handle redirects from old addresses to the right new ones and the technical SEO settings as part of the switch, we keep the risk of losing rankings to a minimum.
