What does Globya do?
Globya is a software and digital IT consulting company that has been based in Çankaya, Ankara since 2000. We handle websites, e-commerce, B2B portals, custom software, integration, ERP reporting, SEO and AI visibility, hosting and KVKK (Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law) compliance as a single point of contact. What does it mean that you are a digital IT consultant?
We see your company's digital work as a whole, then prioritize it, carry it out and keep it running. Much like your accountant, we become your first call on digital matters. We explain the concept on the digital IT consulting page.
Do you work with companies outside Ankara?
Yes. Our headquarters is in Çankaya, Ankara, and we work remotely with companies all over Türkiye. The first conversation takes place by phone, and once the work begins, we hold online meetings as needed.
How do we get a project started?
We get to know each other by phone, prepare a free preliminary analysis report and then present a written proposal. After your approval, we develop with interim deliveries, launch and provide support. The steps are on our how we work page.
Who will we be dealing with?
Every project has a single person in charge. Your questions and requests don't bounce between different companies or departments.

Why don't you list your prices on the website?

Are the preliminary analysis and first conversation free of charge?
Yes. The introductory phone call and the free preliminary analysis report are free of charge and carry no obligation.
How long does it take to have a new corporate website ready?
A new corporate website is ready within the first 10 days. For larger projects such as e-commerce, custom software and integration, the timeline is laid out step by step in the written proposal.
Can we request changes during the project?
Yes. Interim deliveries exist precisely to get your feedback. Changes that expand the scope are discussed in advance and confirmed in writing.
Websites and e-commerce
Will our current website go offline while the new one is being built?
No. The new site is prepared in a separate environment, and your current site is left untouched in the meantime. After your approval, the switch happens in a single step.
Will we be able to update our website ourselves?
Yes. You can update text, images, products and announcements from the admin panel without any technical knowledge.
Which platform do you use for e-commerce?
We recommend IMFLEXI, the platform we developed ourselves: it offers multiple stores, languages and currencies, B2B and B2C working side by side, and marketplace, payment, shipping and ERP integrations. Details are on the e-commerce page.
Can you build a separate ordering portal for our dealers?
Yes. We build B2B dealer portals with dealer-specific pricing, current account balances and order screens.
Integration and ERP
Which ERPs do you work with?
We work with Netsis and Logo, the ERP systems widely used in Türkiye, as well as Mikro and the other common ERP and finance platforms on the market. The types of systems we connect are listed on the integration network page.
What is READERP?
READERP is our reporting product that connects to your ERP data read-only. It is set up the same day, never writes a single line to the ERP, merges fiscal-period databases into a single time series and lets you ask questions in plain Turkish. Details are on the READERP page.
Can we manage our stock across marketplaces from one place?
Yes. We manage product, stock and price data from a single central point, sync it to every marketplace and gather orders on one screen.
SEO and AI visibility
What is GEO?
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is the work done so that AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity understand and mention your website correctly. It complements classic SEO. Details are on the SEO and GEO page.
When will we see SEO results?
The effect of technical fixes starts to show within a few weeks. For lasting results on competitive searches, a few months of steady work are needed. We don't promise specific rankings; we don't believe anyone can.
Will our Google rankings drop when we move to the new site?
Because we handle redirects from old addresses to the right new ones and the technical SEO settings as part of the switch, we keep the risk of losing rankings to a minimum.
KVKK and security
Will we pay extra for KVKK compliance?
No. In the work Globya delivers, no KVKK requirement is left out, and it is never billed separately. Our approach is described on the KVKK approach page.
How can we find out where our website falls short on KVKK?
In the free preliminary analysis, we review cookie consent, privacy notices, form consents and traces of cross-border data transfers, and report our findings.
How do you keep websites secure?
HTTPS, up-to-date software versions, security headers, regular backups and monitoring are applied as standard. When we also take on hosting, server-side security becomes our responsibility as well.
Hosting, email and support
Do you offer hosting and maintenance?
Yes. We offer hosting and maintenance, including backups, security updates and monitoring.
Why might our emails be landing in spam?
Most often because SPF, DKIM and DMARC records are missing or misconfigured. We check these records in the preliminary analysis and fix them through our business email service.
Does support continue after the project is finished?
Yes. After launch, you keep working with the same team for updates, small changes and new needs.
Can you take over a system built by another company?
Yes. We first review the existing code and infrastructure and report the risks, then take over maintenance or development.
