Order approved, Yurtiçi Kargo shipment ready on its own.

Typing addresses into the carrier's screen for every order and copying tracking numbers to customers adds up to dozens of minutes a day. With a Yurtiçi Kargo integration, the work starts from the order itself and moves forward on its own.

What is Yurtiçi Kargo and who uses it?

Yurtiçi Kargo is one of Türkiye's long-established parcel carriers, with a widespread branch network. Besides individual shipments, it offers contracted shipping services for e-commerce sites, wholesalers and manufacturers. For its corporate customers it provides services that let them create and track shipments through software.

A Yurtiçi Kargo integration uses these services to create a shipment record from your order, make the label ready to print, track the shipment's status and keep your customer informed.

The impact of a shipping integration grows with shipment volume. With a handful of shipments a day, manual entry is manageable; with dozens a day, the few minutes saved on each one turn into hours. And because addresses are not typed by hand, wrong deliveries go down, and tracking information always reaches the customer without being forgotten.

Typical scenarios

  • One click in the warehouse: Warehouse staff pack the order and click "hand over to carrier" in the panel; the shipment record is created and the label comes out of the printer. The customer receives a notification with a tracking link.
  • Delivery problem alerts: A "recipient not found at address" status drops into the panel and customer service as an alert; the customer is called and the issue is solved before the parcel is sent back.
  • Cash on delivery and returns: If your agreement includes them, cash-on-delivery shipments and return shipping codes are also part of the flow. For the full returns process, see our article on the e-commerce returns process.

Yurtiçi Kargo with IMFLEXI

Shipping integrations come ready in our IMFLEXI e-commerce platform; shipment records, labels and tracking information are managed from the panel. If you work with more than one carrier, you can set rules that decide which one to use by region, volumetric weight or product type. Details: IMFLEXI payments and shipping.

How do we work?

  1. Analysis: We discuss the scope of your corporate agreement (shipment types, cash on delivery, returns), your daily shipment volume and your warehouse routine.
  2. Mapping: Address fields, volumetric weight calculation, parcel count, payment types and status codes are mapped.
  3. Test environment: Shipment creation and tracking are tried out with the test credentials the carrier provides.
  4. Go-live: We start with a limited number of orders and check labels and deliveries together.
  5. Monitoring: Every shipment request is logged. A shipment that could not be created, for example because of an address error, goes into a queue and is listed with its reason; once fixed, it is sent again.

What to prepare before we start

  • Your corporate agreement with Yurtiçi Kargo and the account details you were given
  • The shipment types you use: standard, cash on delivery, returns
  • The state of weight and dimension data on your product records
  • The type of printer you will use for labels
  • Your average daily shipment count and carrier pickup time

We list products with missing dimensions and set up the volumetric weight calculation correctly from the start.

Security and KVKK

Only the information needed for delivery (name, address, phone) is sent to the carrier. Corporate account details are kept in a restricted configuration, not in the code. We make sure your privacy notice correctly explains data sharing with the carrier. The requirements of KVKK (Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law) are met in full, at no extra charge.
