What is Anthropic Claude?
Claude is a family of language models developed by Anthropic, a US-based AI company. People can use Claude in the browser and in apps; developers can connect the models to their own software through the Claude API. Claude is also available through the AI platforms of some major cloud providers; we work out together which option fits your company's infrastructure.
Claude is used for work such as reading long contracts and reports, comparing documents, writing and editing text (including Turkish), software development and carrying out multi-step tasks. A Claude integration connects these capabilities to your systems, within the limits you set.
In a business setting, the real question is not "which model is the smartest?" but "for which task, with which controls, and how reliable are the results?" Before connecting Claude to a task, we measure how it performs on your own examples and keep expectations realistic. That way AI does not stay a pilot project; it becomes a working tool with measurable benefit.
What do we connect with Claude?
| Data | Direction | Frequency |
|---|---|---|
| Long document (contract, tender specification, report) | System → model → summary, list of key points | When uploaded |
| Incoming email and requests | Mailbox → model → classification, reply draft | On arrival |
| Internal knowledge base | Approved documents → model → answer in plain language | When a question is asked |
| Structured output | Model → ERP / CRM (after approval) | Per workflow |
| Activity log | Middleware → log | On every call |
Typical scenarios
- Specification and contract summary: A tender specification or a long contract is uploaded; delivery dates, penalty clauses and items that need attention become a short list. The final assessment always stays with your expert.
- An assistant that talks to your documents: The product catalog, technical data sheets and internal procedures are used as sources; employees ask questions in Turkish or English, and each answer shows which document it came from. See AI that talks to your documents.
- Routing incoming requests: Emails arriving in the general inbox are sorted by topic, flagged for urgency and passed to the right team together with a reply draft.
Globya's approach
We build AI integrations as part of our AI-powered software service. The Globya assistant on our own site shows how an assistant works when it answers from approved information and hands off to the team when it doesn't know.
- Accuracy checks: For critical outputs, citing the source and human approval are standard.
- Minimum data: Only the data the task needs is sent to the model.
- Model independence: When needed, the same middleware can work with OpenAI or Google Gemini, so you are not locked into a single provider.
How do we work?
- Analysis: We define which task will be automated, which documents will be used and what error margin is acceptable.
- Mapping: Source documents are organized, the fields sent to the model are chosen, personal data is masked, and instructions and output format are written.
- Test environment: It is tried on real examples and the results are scored with your team.
- Go-live: It is switched on in draft-and-approval mode.
- Monitoring: Every call is logged; on errors or timeouts the request is retried; accuracy and cost are reported regularly.
What to prepare before we start
- The task you want to automate and how long it takes today
- Samples of the documents to be used (contracts, specifications, catalogs)
- Which documents contain personal or confidential data
- The output format and who will approve it
- Your internal AI usage policy, if you have one
With this preparation we run a first trial quickly and score the results against your own criteria.
Security, cross-border transfer and KVKK
Anthropic is a service provider headquartered abroad; data sent to the model is processed outside Türkiye. Before sending personal data, we assess whether it is really needed and, where possible, mask or anonymize it. If personal data will be sent, the cross-border transfer rules and the notice obligation under KVKK (Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law) are addressed; we also review the provider's current data retention and usage terms with you. The API key is kept in a restricted configuration, not in the code. For internal usage rules, see our article on writing an AI usage policy.

Frequently asked questions
Which is better, Claude or ChatGPT?
It depends on the task. We recommend trying the same task with several models and choosing the one that gives the best results on your examples; the middleware lets you change that choice later.
Does Claude understand Turkish well?
Claude can work with Turkish text. Even so, we don't make a decision without testing it on your own documents and terminology.
Will our documents be used to train the model?
That depends on the provider's current terms and the type of service you use. We review the terms together before setup.
What if the model produces wrong information?
We reduce the risk by showing the source document, requiring human approval and running accuracy checks. Critical decisions always stay with people.
