Depo Palas — a storage site built around the idea of a hotel for belongings.

For a brand storing household goods since 1986, we built a site that explains storage like a hotel stay. Visitors pick a room size from key tags and follow their belongings from leaving home to coming back.

Who is Depo Palas?

Depo Palas has stored household goods since 1986 and introduced room-based storage in 2004. It is part of Göztepe Nakliyat, so packing, transport and storage are handled by one company's team. Rooms range from 6.5 m³ to 100 m³, across five facilities on both sides of Istanbul.

You can explore the site at depopalas.com.tr (Turkish).

What's on the site?

  • Room size picker: eight room sizes shown like hotel key tags on the home page; each shows what fits and can be enquired about with one tap.
  • The stay of a belonging: survey, packing, transport, check-in and check-out in a single flow.
  • Room versus container: one customer per room, 2.9 m ceilings and volume-based pricing.
  • Security layers: everything between the building entrance and the room, plus insurance coverage.
  • Facility map: address, directions and photos for all five facilities.
  • Service pages: household, rental, private, and document and archive storage.
  • Topic pages: what a storage room is, how prices are set, what fits, security and insurance, FAQ.

Highlights

A hotel language that makes the idea clear

For most people storage feels cold and vague. Here belongings are treated as hotel guests: the contact button says "write to reception", room sizes are key tags and the process is "the stay of a belonging". The language makes the brand memorable and explains a locked, private room at a glance.

A short answer at the top of every page

Topic pages open with a "short answer" followed by a fact table. Visitors in a hurry find what they need on the first screen, and search engines and AI answers get a clear summary.

Taking the uncertainty out of pricing

Instead of listing figures, the site explains how a price is reached: a free survey, a written quote based on measured volume, and packing and transport included. Visitors understand what they pay for and move on to request a survey.

What does the Depo Palas website cover?

What a storage room is, room sizes and what fits in each, the steps of storage, security and insurance, the location of the five facilities, how prices are set and frequently asked questions.

Why doesn't a storage site list prices directly?

The fee depends on volume, duration and transport conditions, so an exact figure comes after a survey. That's why the site explains clearly what the price is based on, and quotes are given in writing.
