Who is Bilendenal?
Bilendenal.com is the online store of Bilendenal Elektronik Bilişim Hizmetleri San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., based in Çankaya, Ankara. It sells RAM, SSDs, HDDs, drive caddies and adapters, storage units, memory cards, USB flash drives, peripherals and server products for desktops, laptops and servers. Brands such as Kingston, Samsung, Transcend and Bigboy take the lead. The slogan hides in the name: "Doğru ürünü bilendenal" — roughly, "buy the right product from someone who knows."
You can browse the store at bilendenal.com. It runs on IMFLEXI, Globya's boutique e-commerce platform.
The need — compatibility
The most common problem with computer components is a part that doesn't fit the device: the wrong memory type, the wrong speed, the wrong drive caddy. On the server side it's even more critical; every manufacturer, even every generation, uses a different caddy. More often than not, the customer doesn't know the technical term — they know the model of the device in front of them.
The store needed to take visitors from their device to the right product, across a large catalog, and to do it with an identity and voice completely different from other stores running on the same platform.

The "My Quotes" section in the member area lets the quote process for bulk or corporate purchases run on the site as well. For a store that sells server products, this is a door opened to corporate customers.

On arrival, "Accept" and "Reject" are offered with equal weight — an approach that respects the user's free choice. The KVKK privacy notice and cookie policy sit in the footer.
A large catalog
The sitemap is split into multiple parts, with product, category and content URLs in separate files. Product URLs also include the model code, which makes products easier to find when people search by model code.

What we learned from this project
- Customers know the model, not the term. Starting the compatibility search from the device is the most effective path in technical product sales.
- Brand personality is independent of the platform. The same system can power stores with very different tones.
