Stop updating your n11 store by hand.

For many sellers, n11 is the third or fourth channel after Trendyol and Hepsiburada, Türkiye's two largest online marketplaces. That is exactly why it gets neglected when managed by hand. With an n11 integration, this channel stays as current as the others.

What is n11 and how does it work for sellers?

n11 is one of the longest-running online marketplaces in Türkiye, bringing sellers and buyers together across a wide range of categories such as electronics, home and living, fashion and cosmetics. Sellers manage their stores through the seller panel, and seller integration services are offered to sellers who want to integrate.

An n11 integration uses these services to connect product, stock, price and order data to your ERP, your own site and your other marketplaces. For companies selling on several marketplaces, the real gain is that n11 stops being the "forgotten channel".

As the number of marketplaces grows, dedicating a separate screen, a separate spreadsheet and a separate person to each channel is not sustainable. The goal of the integration is to bring n11 into the same routine as the other channels so your team can work independently of how many channels there are. Adding a new channel then no longer means adding a new workload.

Typical scenarios

  • The third marketplace: A company already selling on Trendyol and Hepsiburada with integration connects n11 to the same stock source; no extra staff is needed for the new channel. See Trendyol and Hepsiburada.
  • Channel-specific pricing: The price is calculated by applying a channel rule to the ERP price, based on n11's commission and campaigns.
  • Stock protection: For low-stock products a safety margin is defined per marketplace, and the last few units are reserved for the most profitable channel first.

n11 with IMFLEXI

Our IMFLEXI e-commerce platform comes with marketplace integrations. Product information is entered once and mapped to each marketplace's category structure, and orders are gathered in a single panel. Details: IMFLEXI marketplace integration. If you already have an e-commerce platform, we can also build a direct flow between your ERP and n11.

What changes as the number of marketplaces grows?

Managing a single marketplace by hand works for a while. With the second channel, stock conflicts begin; with the third, gathering orders becomes a job in itself. At that point the right question is: "a separate plugin for each channel, or one central hub?" We recommend a setup in which stock is fed from a single master source (usually the ERP) and the channels mirror that source. We explain the reasoning in the article on a single source of truth.

How do we work?

  1. Analysis: We review your existing n11 listings, product count, other channels and ERP.
  2. Mapping: Category, attribute, barcode and pricing rules are put in writing; existing products are matched by barcode.
  3. Test: A trial is run with a limited product group.
  4. Go-live: It is opened to all products, and in the first days the results are compared with the panel.
  5. Monitoring: Every transfer is logged; a failed record goes into a queue, is retried, and if it still fails an alert goes out.

What to prepare before we start

  • Access to the n11 seller panel and integration credentials
  • The pricing and stock rules you use on other marketplaces
  • A barcode list of your existing n11 products
  • How you want orders booked in accounting (one account per buyer or a single account)

If your other marketplaces are already integrated, n11 can usually be added quickly using the same rules.

Security and KVKK

n11 credentials are kept in a restricted configuration, not in the code. Buyer information that comes with an order is processed only for order fulfillment and delivery; no more fields than necessary are transferred to the ERP. The requirements of KVKK (Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law) are met in full, at no extra charge.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need a separate panel for n11?

No. IMFLEXI or your ERP becomes the hub, and n11 is managed from the same place as your other channels. You can keep using the n11 panel as well if needed.

What happens to our existing n11 products?

They are matched by barcode or stock code, and the integration starts updating them; you do not need to re-create them.

Under which account do n11 orders land in the ERP?

It depends on your accounting practice: a separate account for each buyer or a single account per marketplace. We decide this together in the initial analysis.

Is heavy traffic during campaigns a problem?

Flows are queued according to load; if an error occurs, the queue takes over and no record is lost.
