What is Google Ads, and why do you need an integration?
Google Ads is Google's advertising platform for running ads in search results, on YouTube, in Gmail and on partner websites. Its automated bidding strategies learn which clicks are valuable from conversion data. That is why a large part of ad performance is decided outside the ad dashboard, in measurement and data flow.
A Google Ads integration does three jobs: it measures the important actions on your website as conversions; when the sale is completed off the site (by phone, through a proposal, at a dealer) it sends the result back from your CRM to Google Ads; and for e-commerce it feeds your products to Google Merchant Center on a regular schedule.
Correctly set-up measurement is one of the most effective ways to improve results without raising your ad budget. When the system knows which searches turn into sales, it steers bids toward those searches; when it only knows the number of clicks or forms, it can drift toward cheap but worthless traffic. The real purpose of the integration is to teach the ad system your business's actual outcome.
What do we connect with Google Ads?
| Data | Direction | Frequency |
|---|---|---|
| Website conversions (purchase, form, call) | Website → Google Ads | Real time (subject to consent) |
| Enhanced conversions (hashed customer data) | Website → Google Ads | Real time (subject to consent) |
| Offline conversion (proposal, sale, value) | CRM → Google Ads | Daily |
| Product feed (price, stock, image) | Website / IMFLEXI → Merchant Center | Several times a day |
| Campaign cost and results summary | Google Ads → report | Daily |
Typical scenarios
- B2B proposal flow: A visitor coming from an ad fills in a quote request form. The form is saved to the CRM together with the ad click ID. When the deal is won weeks later, the sale amount is sent to Google Ads as an offline conversion; the system now learns which searches "bring sales". See B2B campaigns with Google Ads.
- Shopping ads in e-commerce: Your products are sent to Merchant Center with up-to-date prices and stock; out-of-stock products drop out of ads, and products are not rejected because of price mismatches.
- Measuring real profit: Purchase conversions are reported with a value close to profit margin instead of revenue, so the budget shifts toward high-margin products.
IMFLEXI and Google Merchant
Because our IMFLEXI e-commerce platform keeps product data in one place, the Merchant Center feed is prepared regularly and completely; variants, sale prices and stock status are transferred correctly. With the AI-powered SEO feature, product titles and descriptions can also be aligned with search intent.
How do we work?
- Analysis: We look at your ad account, your sales process (on the site or off it), your CRM and the actions that need to be measured.
- Mapping: Conversion actions and values, storing the click ID in the CRM, and feed fields are mapped.
- Testing: Conversions and the feed are checked with Google's verification tools.
- Go-live: Measurement is switched on; in the first weeks, Google Ads numbers are compared with CRM and order records.
- Monitoring: Feed errors and offline import results are checked regularly; a failed import is queued and retried.
What to prepare before we start
- Access to your Google Ads account and, if you have one, your Merchant Center account
- A list of your current conversion actions
- Where the sale closes: on the website, by phone or through a proposal?
- The CRM or proposal tracking setup you use
- Your cookie consent tool
With this information we decide together which result to teach Google Ads, and with what value.
Security, consent and KVKK
Measurement tags that send data to Google run according to the visitor's cookie choice and are set up to work with Google's consent mode. In enhanced and offline conversions, customer data is sent hashed (encrypted) and limited to what is necessary. Google is a global service; this transfer should be assessed under KVKK (Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law) and explained in your privacy notice. Account access is granted on the principle of least privilege.

Frequently asked questions
Our sales close over the phone. How will Google Ads know about them?
The ad click ID is written to the CRM with the form or call record; when the sale closes, the result is sent to Google Ads as an offline conversion.
Our products keep getting rejected in Merchant Center. Can that be fixed?
Usually, yes. Rejections are typically caused by price, stock, image or missing required fields; we adjust the feed to remove those causes.
Do you have to manage our ad account?
No. We set up the integration, and the account can be managed either by you or by us.
Is anything measured without cookie consent?
Measurement tags work according to the visitor's choice; without consent, no measurement involving personal data takes place.
