In retail, customers no longer shop through a single channel. They see a product in the store and order it on their phone, find it on a marketplace and then compare the price on the brand's own website, like it on Instagram and ask about cash on delivery. Success in retail and e-commerce depends on bringing these channels together around one stock, one customer record and a consistent brand voice. In this industry, Globya works with IMFLEXI, the platform we built ourselves.
Typical digital problems retailers face
- Stock is split by channel. The store, the website and the marketplaces each count stock differently; products that aren't there get sold, followed by cancellations and customer complaints.
- Hitting the limits of an off-the-shelf platform. "The platform doesn't support this feature" stands in the way of growth; you can't add a special campaign, a bundled product or a different pricing rule.
- Dependence on marketplaces. Most sales come from Turkish marketplaces such as Trendyol and Hepsiburada, leaving the brand exposed to commission hikes and rule changes.
- Weak product pages. The manufacturer's standard description has been copied over; size charts, material details and usage tips are missing.
- High cart abandonment. Long checkout steps, surprise shipping fees, forms that are hard to fill in on mobile.
How do customers search?
Retail searches vary widely by product and intent:
- "men's linen shirt" (category search)
- "brand X model Y price" (comparison)
- "same-day flower delivery ankara" (local and urgent)
- "gift set for women under 500 TRY" (budget-driven)
- "online store with easy returns" (trust search)
What makes the difference here is presenting category and filter pages correctly to search engines, writing original product descriptions and using structured data (so price, stock and rating show up in search results). IMFLEXI's AI-assisted SEO tools speed up this work across large numbers of product pages, while our SEO and GEO team sets the strategy.

A note on KVKK and regulations
E-commerce is one of the areas that processes the most personal data: addresses, phone numbers, order history. Under KVKK (Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law), a privacy notice, cookie preference management and commercial communication consent (no campaign emails or text messages without permission) are mandatory. The distance sales contract, the pre-contract information form and information on the right of withdrawal must also be presented at checkout under Türkiye's Consumer Protection Law and the related regulation. In stores Globya builds, these requirements are never left out, and there is no extra charge for KVKK.

Where to start?
The first step is to clarify which channels your sales come from today, in what proportion, and which system holds your stock. Next, we review the pages of your twenty or thirty best-selling products; description, images and size information must be complete for these products. Finally, the returns and shipping policy is written in plain language.
Your current sales don't stop while the store is being set up. When the new structure is ready, old URLs are redirected and customers make the switch without any interruption.
Frequently asked questions
We're currently on an off-the-shelf e-commerce platform; will migrating be difficult?
Product, customer and order data are transferred, and old URLs are redirected to the new ones so search engine rankings are preserved. The migration is prepared while your current store keeps running.
Do we need to leave the marketplaces?
No. The goal isn't to give up marketplaces but to grow your own site's share. With marketplace integration, stock and orders are managed from one place.
Who will write the product descriptions?
We set up the writing framework for the main categories together; IMFLEXI's AI-assisted tools produce drafts, and final approval stays with you.
How does pricing work?
It depends on the number of products, the integrations and any custom modules. A written proposal follows the discovery call. You can reach us through the contact page or at +90 850 432 55 13.
