The data is in the ERP, the reports are not
In many companies, month-end looks the same: two or three people get together, lists exported from the ERP are pasted into Excel, formulas get fixed, and a report comes out. Next month, the same work starts from scratch. Putting last year next to this year is even harder, because last year's data lives in a different database. Two people answer the same question with two different numbers — and both are right, because they are not measuring the same thing.
The problem is not missing data; it is data you cannot reach. Our ERP reporting service closes that gap. Without replacing your ERP or teaching your team a new program, it puts the answers management needs in front of them, regularly and consistently.
Read-only ERP reporting with READERP
At the heart of this service is Globya's own product, READERP. READERP is a reporting layer that connects with read-only access to the databases of the common ERP and finance platforms on the market — led by Netsis and Logo, the ERP systems widely used in Türkiye.
Read-only means READERP never writes a single row to your ERP. It does not add, change or delete records. Your accounting team keeps working exactly as before, and your relationship with your ERP dealer is unaffected. Setup is completed the same day; no ERP settings change and no version upgrade is needed.
We explain how security is handled, and what your IT team needs to know, in detail on the read-only ERP reporting page.
Data spread across years, one time series
ERPs often open a separate database for each year or fiscal period. Over time, a company's history gets split across dozens of databases. On top of that, a database's name does not always tell you which year it actually holds; some periods also carry records from a neighboring year.
READERP merges these fiscal-period databases into a single time series. In the dashboard you move back and forth between years without needing to know which database a number came from. A five-year sales trend or three years of receivables aging shows up in one chart. You can read how the merging works on the merging fiscal-period databases page.
Ready-made reports — Cash, Receivables, Sales, Inventory, Payroll
Setup comes with ready-made sections that answer the questions management asks most often:
| Section | The question it answers |
|---|---|
| Cash | Where is my money, and what happens over the next few weeks? |
| Receivables | Who owes us, how overdue is it, and which debt costs us the most? |
| Sales | What did we sell, to whom, which products — going back years? |
| Inventory | What is about to run out, and when do I need to order? |
| Payroll | What does the workforce cost in total? |
| Cash cycle | How many days is my money tied up, and which end is getting longer? |
| Verification | Points in the data that look inconsistent, along with who should be asked |
The Payroll section shows totals only; individual salaries are never displayed. We walk through which question each section answers, with examples, on the ready-made financial reports page.
Plain-language questions and custom financial reports
For questions outside the ready-made sections, there are two routes. The first is to ask your data a question directly in plain language (READERP understands Turkish), such as "Which five customers dropped the most compared with the same period last year?" The second is financial reports built for your company: recurring reports we set up around needs such as branch profitability, project cost tracking or dealer performance.
Behind every number, it is clear which query and which period it came from. So when a figure is questioned in a management meeting, the answer is ready. Details are on the custom financial reports page.

Frequently asked questions
Which ERPs does it work with?
It works with the common ERP and finance platforms on the market, led by Netsis and Logo. We review the system you use together on the first call.
Does anything get written to our ERP, and could our data be damaged?
No. READERP works with read-only access and never writes a single row to your ERP. It does not add, change or delete records.
How long does setup take?
Once access preparation is complete, setup is finished the same day. The ready-made sections are usable from day one.
Can we see data from previous years too?
Yes. Because fiscal-period databases are merged into a single time series, you can compare across years.
Can we keep working with our ERP dealer?
Of course. READERP does not replace your ERP; it works alongside it. Your relationship with your ERP dealer and your support arrangements continue as before.
