What is Trendyol and what does it mean for sellers?
Trendyol is one of Türkiye's largest online marketplaces, listing millions of products across categories such as fashion, cosmetics, home, electronics and groceries. Sellers manage their products through the seller panel. For sellers and software companies that want to integrate, Trendyol offers a seller API, through which products, stock, prices, orders and shipments can be handled.
A Trendyol integration uses this API to connect your store to your ERP, your own e-commerce site and your other marketplaces. Trendyol stops being a separate island and becomes one channel of your sales operation.
Performance on Trendyol is measured by indicators such as stock accuracy, on-time shipping and a low cancellation rate. With manual management, these indicators can slip in busy periods. By putting the stock and order flow on a steady footing, the integration helps protect them, and your team can spend its time on product, pricing and campaign decisions.

Typical scenarios
- One stock, many channels: You sell the same product on your own site and on Trendyol. Whichever channel the sale comes from, stock drops in the ERP and the other channel is updated shortly after. We explain the approach in the article marketplace stock synchronization.
- Channel-specific pricing: Because of Trendyol's commission and campaign participation, you want a different price than on your own site. The price is calculated automatically by applying a channel rule to the ERP price.
- Order–invoice–shipping chain: A Trendyol order lands in the ERP, an e-archive invoice (e-Arşiv, the Turkish electronic invoice for consumers) is issued, and the invoice link is sent to Trendyol; shipping follows Trendyol's contracted carrier setup.
Trendyol with IMFLEXI
Our IMFLEXI e-commerce platform comes with marketplace integrations: you enter a product once, category and attribute mapping is done, and it is sent to Trendyol; orders are listed in the IMFLEXI panel alongside your other channels. Details: IMFLEXI marketplace integration. If you use a different platform, we can also build a direct flow between your ERP and Trendyol.
How do we work?
- Analysis: We review your product count, variant structure, existing Trendyol listings and your ERP.
- Mapping: Category and required attribute mappings, barcode and stock code matches and pricing rules are put in writing. Existing listings are matched by barcode; products are not re-created.
- Test: The flow is first tried with a limited product group.
- Go-live: It is opened to all products, and in the first days stock and order counts are compared with the panel.
- Monitoring: A rejected product or a stock update or order that could not be transferred goes into the error queue, is listed with its reason and retried. We keep track of Trendyol's rule changes.
What to prepare before we start
- Access to the Trendyol seller panel and the API credentials needed for integration
- How well the barcodes of your existing listings match the stock cards in your ERP
- Your channel pricing rule (commission, shipping share, rounding)
- Product groups where safety stock should apply
- Who issues the invoice, and where (ERP, integrator panel or e-commerce platform)
With this information we decide together which products will be opened to the integration in the first week.
Security and KVKK
Trendyol API credentials are kept in a restricted configuration, not in the code, and are used only by the integration server. The customer name, address and phone number that come with an order are processed only for the order and delivery, and after the necessary period they are handled according to your retention and disposal rules. The requirements of KVKK (Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law) are met in full, at no extra charge.

Frequently asked questions
Do we need to re-create our existing products on Trendyol?
No. Existing listings are matched by barcode or stock code, and the integration starts updating them.
How often is stock updated?
At short intervals, depending on your sales speed and the limits Trendyol allows. For fast-selling products we also recommend defining a safety stock.
Does participation in Trendyol campaigns happen automatically?
Joining a campaign is your commercial decision. The integration handles prices and stock; you apply campaign rules from the panel or through pricing rules we define together.
We have more than one Trendyol store. Can they be managed?
Yes. Each store is defined with its own account credentials, and stock and pricing rules can be set per store.
