Don't take orders by phone — fulfill them through the system.

In wholesale, the real workload isn't taking orders; it's processing each order at the right price, from the right stock, without errors. We lighten that load for B2B distribution companies with a digital dealer portal.

A wholesaler's or distributor's day starts on the phone: "Do you have this item in stock?", "What was our discount again?", "Could you resend last month's invoice?" Each is a small question, but multiplied across hundreds of dealers, they eat up the sales team's day. In B2B distribution, the heart of going digital is moving the answers to these recurring questions onto the dealer's own screen. Globya's B2B dealer portal work starts right at this point.

Typical digital problems in wholesale and B2B distribution

  • Price lists circulate in Excel. Every dealer has a different discount and different payment terms; when the list is updated, the old one is still sitting on someone's desktop.
  • Order channels are scattered. Phone, WhatsApp, email and the field rep's notebook. Entering orders into the ERP is a separate job.
  • Stock information isn't real-time. A dealer places an order, and only then does it turn out the item is out of stock.
  • Account inquiries land on the sales team. Checking a balance, payment due dates or a statement means calling accounting.
  • Reporting lags behind. Which dealer is ordering less often, which product group is stagnant; these only become visible at month-end, in spreadsheets prepared by hand.

How do dealers and new customers search for you?

Wholesale buyers usually search by product group, brand and the word "wholesale":

  • "hardware wholesaler ankara"
  • "wholesale stationery supplies"
  • "electrical supplies distributor"
  • "companies offering dealerships" or "brand X dealership requirements"
  • "wholesale cleaning products supplier"

For existing dealers, portal usability matters more than search engines; for prospective dealers, a "dealership application" page and the brand story matter. You need a site structure that keeps the two apart.

What a B2B distribution system needs

  • Dealer-specific prices, discounts and payment terms applied automatically
  • A stock view updated from the ERP in real time or at regular intervals
  • A quick order screen: order by product code or reorder from a past order
  • Viewing current account balance, statements, invoices and delivery notes
  • Orders transferred to the ERP without being retyped by hand
  • Campaign and new product announcements
  • Field reps able to enter orders on behalf of dealers from a tablet or phone
  • A dealership application form and application tracking
  • Reports for management by dealer, product and region

How Globya's services fit

B2B dealer portal: The heart of the system. Dealers log in, see their own prices, place orders and follow their current account.

IMFLEXI: If you sell to both dealers and end users, IMFLEXI's hybrid B2B + B2C structure manages both audiences on a single platform. Multi-store and multi-currency support make it easy to open separate storefronts for different regions or brands.

Integration: Order, stock, account and price sync between the portal and the ERP. Also connections to shipping carriers and the e-invoice (e-Fatura) infrastructure.

ERP reporting and READERP: Connects read-only to the common ERP and finance platforms on the market, led by Netsis and Logo, the ERP systems widely used in Türkiye; it never writes a single line to the ERP and is set up the same day. Ready-made views such as Receivables, Revenue, Stock and Cash cycle cover the figures a distribution company checks most. You can ask in plain Turkish, "Which ten dealers have the highest overdue receivables?"

Mobile app: A lightweight ordering app for the field sales team, when needed.

A note on KVKK

Although most of the data kept in a dealer portal is commercial, the names, phone numbers and email addresses of dealer contacts are personal data under KVKK (Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law). Portal terms of use, the privacy notice and user permissions (which staff member sees which account) should be defined from the start. In the work Globya delivers, KVKK requirements are never left out, and there is no extra charge for them.

Where to start?

  1. For one week, note down the questions your dealers ask most often. The first version of the portal should answer these questions.
  2. Check how your price, discount and payment term rules are defined in the ERP; exceptions are usually kept in Excel.
  3. Pick five to ten dealers who will use the portal first and are willing to give feedback.

And keep this in mind: a dealer portal isn't just software; it is the digital version of how you work with your dealers. Once the portal goes live, the sales team's role shifts from writing up orders to growing dealers. Talking this change through with your team from the start makes the transition much smoother.

This preparation helps define the integration scope correctly and makes the portal useful from day one.

Frequently asked questions

Our dealers are small shopkeepers who aren't comfortable with technology; will they use the portal?

We keep the screens simple; reordering, the most frequent task, takes just a few taps. Letting sales reps enter orders on behalf of dealers at the start also makes the transition easier.

Can the portal talk to our ERP?

We build integrations with the common ERP systems. Which data flows in which direction, and how often, is decided together during discovery.

Do we have to move all our dealers at once?

No. We usually recommend starting with a selected group of dealers and moving forward based on their feedback.

How is the cost calculated?

It depends on the number of dealers, the integration scope and the modules you need. We send a written proposal after the discovery call. For more information, visit our contact page.
