You're strong on the shop floor; look just as strong online.

Your plant's capacity, your machine park and your quality certificates are strong, but buyers see you online first. We make the digital face of manufacturing and industrial companies match their strength on the shop floor.

For many manufacturing and industrial companies, going digital is considered done once they can say "we have a website." Yet today, before inviting a new supplier to the table, a procurement specialist looks at its website, product pages, certificates and even how it shows up in search engines. A manufacturing website is as much a technical sales representative as it is the plant's showcase. At Globya, we have been working as companies' digital IT consultant through this transformation since 2000.

Typical digital problems industrial companies face

When everything is running smoothly on the floor, things can still get messy on screen. These are the situations we see most often:

  • Products are locked inside a PDF catalog. You can't reach a single dimension, material or tolerance without downloading a catalog tens of megabytes in size. Search engines can't read inside that PDF well either.
  • The machine park and capacity aren't explained. The information buyers are most curious about, such as CNC machines, press capacity and annual production volume, is either missing or glossed over with a single photo.
  • Certificates aren't visible. ISO and CE certificates or customer audit reports sit in a filing cabinet instead of being used on the site as trust signals.
  • One language, one market. A company with export goals has a Turkish-only website; if there is an English version, it's a machine translation.
  • Quote requests get lost. Requests from the form go to an address where nobody knows whose inbox they land in, and replies are delayed.
  • ERP data doesn't reach management. Stock, order and cost information exists in the system, but it is exported to Excel every month for reporting.

How do buyers search for you?

Industrial buyers search by need, not by brand name. Their search terms are usually technical and include a location:

  • "contract cnc machining ankara"
  • "stainless sheet metal bending manufacturer"
  • "plastic injection mold company"
  • "hydraulic cylinder manufacturing"
  • "EN 1090 certified steel construction"
  • from abroad: "aluminum die casting manufacturer turkey"

To show up in these searches, the site needs to describe each production capability on its own page, in its technical language and together with the city where you're located. Appearing in the answers of AI assistants ("Which companies do sheet metal processing in Türkiye?") now requires the same care; we call this SEO and GEO work.

What a manufacturing and industrial website needs

You can compare the list below with your own website:

  • A separate, searchable page for each product group and production capability
  • Technical tables with dimension, material, tolerance and standards information
  • A machine park list (make, model, capacity) and facility photos
  • Downloadable quality certificates and certifications
  • A quote form where drawings or technical files can be uploaded
  • At least one foreign language with professional translation for export markets
  • Fast-loading pages that are readable on mobile (the engineer on site checks from a phone)
  • A reliable email infrastructure running on your own corporate domain

Don't delete your PDF catalog; just stop it from being the site's only source of information.

How Globya's services fit industry

Corporate website: A site built with product and capability pages, technical tables and a multilingual structure is ready within the first 10 days. Your current site is untouched during that time; once the new one is ready, you switch over in one step.

B2B dealer portal: For manufacturers working with dealers or distributors, dealer-specific pricing, stock visibility and online ordering.

ERP reporting and READERP: Connects with read-only access to the common ERP and finance platforms on the market, led by Netsis and Logo, the ERP systems widely used in Türkiye. It never writes a single line to the ERP, is set up the same day and merges fiscal-period databases spread across years into a single time series. You ask in plain Turkish, "How is revenue compared with the same quarter last year?" Ready-made views such as Cash, Receivables, Revenue and Stock are included; custom financial reports are added if needed.

Integration and custom software: For processes that don't fit off-the-shelf packages, such as production planning, work order tracking or quality control forms.

One team runs it all; there are no two separate companies passing the ball between the website and the ERP with "that's not our job." We explain how we work on our how we work page.

A note on KVKK and regulations

Quote forms and dealer portals collect personal data: name, phone, email and sometimes the job title of a company representative. That is why a privacy notice, processes requiring explicit consent and cookie management are mandatory on an industrial website too, under KVKK (Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law). In the work Globya delivers, KVKK requirements are never left out, and there is no extra charge for them. Details are on our approach to KVKK page.

Which indicators should we track?

A good-looking website isn't enough; you need to see in numbers whether it actually works:

IndicatorWhy it matters
Monthly number of quote requestsThe site's direct contribution to sales
Time to first response on a quote requestEarly warning of lost opportunities
Organic traffic to capability pagesWhether you show up in the right searches
Requests from foreign-language pagesThe digital measure of your export goals
Time spent preparing reportsThe gain from ERP reporting

Frequently asked questions

We have a huge number of products; do we have to put all of them on the site?

No. We start with the best-selling and most-searched product groups. If your product data is well organized in the ERP or an Excel file, it can be loaded quickly through a bulk import.

Who handles the translation into English and other languages?

Because the correct rendering of technical terms matters, we don't leave translation to machines. We prepare the texts in line with industry terminology and submit them for your technical team's approval.

Does connecting to our ERP put production at risk?

READERP works with read-only access and never writes a single line to the ERP. Data is only read; the operation of your existing system is not interfered with.

How is the price determined?

Since the scope differs for every company, pricing follows a written proposal after the discovery call. First contact is by phone: +90 850 432 55 13, or use our contact page.
