What is MNG Kargo and who uses it?
MNG Kargo is one of Türkiye's long-running parcel carriers, with a wide branch network. Besides individual and corporate shipments, it offers services aimed at e-commerce deliveries. For contracted corporate customers it provides services that make it possible to create and track shipments through software.
An MNG Kargo integration uses these services to generate a shipment record and label from your order, follow the shipment's journey and reflect the outcome in your system and to your customer.
The goal of a shipping integration is not just to create shipments but to see in time what happens to them. When undeliverable shipments, shipments that have not moved for a long time or shipments turning into returns are listed, customer service can solve the problem before the customer calls. That small difference has a big effect on customer satisfaction and repeat sales.

Typical scenarios
- A cosmetics brand's online store: Orders received during the day are packed, and shipment records are created from the panel with one click; the customer receives a tracking link. See cosmetics and personal care.
- Channels outside the marketplaces: Orders from your own site or taken by phone, which fall outside the marketplaces' own shipping setup, are sent with MNG Kargo; all of them are tracked in the same panel.
- Easy returns: If your agreement supports it, the customer is given a return code; when the return shipment reaches the warehouse, it appears in the panel and the return process begins.

Why do volumetric weight and parcel data matter?
Shipping fees are usually calculated from actual weight or volumetric weight (known in Türkiye as "desi"). If dimensions and weight are missing from the product card, shipments are opened with the wrong volumetric weight and invoices bring surprises. Before the integration we check your products' dimension data and list what is missing. For orders with several items, we write rules for the parcel count and total volumetric weight.
How do we work?
- Analysis: We discuss the scope of your corporate agreement, your daily shipment count and your warehouse routine.
- Mapping: Address fields, volumetric weight calculation, payment types and status codes are mapped.
- Test environment: A trial is run with the test credentials the carrier provides.
- Go-live: We start with a limited number of orders and check the first shipments together.
- Monitoring: Every request is logged; a shipment that could not be created goes into the queue, is listed with its reason and retried once fixed.
