1. What cookies are and why we use them
Cookies are small text files that the websites you visit place in your browser. On globya.com.tr and globya.net.tr, cookies are used (i) to keep the site and its forms working securely and properly and (ii) — only with your explicit consent — to measure and improve the user experience. In line with the "Guide on Cookie Practices" published by Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Authority in June 2022, we ask for your explicit consent in advance for every cookie that is not strictly necessary.

Google Analytics consent mode: If you have not yet stated your cookie preference, Google Analytics sends only an aggregate signal that a page was viewed, without writing any cookie to your device and without using an identifier that identifies you (Google "Consent Mode"). These signals cannot be linked to a person and are used only to estimate total visit numbers. Advertising signals are always off. If you choose "Reject", Google Analytics is not loaded at all.
3. Legal basis
The glb_riza_analitik, glb_lang and Google reCAPTCHA cookies are strictly necessary for the site to work securely and properly; they are therefore based on the legitimate interest ground in Article 5(2)(f) of Law No. 6698 (KVKK, Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law), and your consent is not separately required for them. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity cookies are not strictly necessary; they are loaded only when you choose "Accept", based on the explicit consent you give under Article 5(1) of the Law.
4. How to change your preference
You can change your analytics cookie preference at any time via the "Cookie Preferences" link at the bottom of every page. If you reject, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are not loaded at all; if you accepted earlier and later reject, measurement stops immediately. You can also delete existing cookies and block new ones in your browser settings — note that this may affect some site functions (for example, remembering your preference).
