In a typical company the ERP, the bank, the e-commerce site, marketplace stores, the payment provider, the shipping carrier, the e-invoice provider and the ad accounts all run at the same time. Each has its own support line and its own dashboard, and the gaps between them are usually filled by people copying data by hand. At Globya we close those gaps and become your single point of contact for every connection.
Instead of burying connections inside each system, we build them on a middleware layer that sits between them. Whatever system the data comes from, it first passes through this layer, is transformed according to your rules, logged and then delivered to its destination. So when a marketplace changes its rules or you switch carriers, only that one connection is updated, not the whole setup. If something fails, the record is not lost: it goes into a queue, is retried, and the cause can be read from the logs.
We do not replace your existing systems. Your ERP, your accounting routine, your bank and your contracted carrier stay where they are; the integration removes the manual work between them. Is your system not on the list?
The systems on this page are the ones we run into most often; they are not a limit. There are three ways to reach a piece of software's data, and almost every system supports at least one of them:
- API: The official interface a system provides for talking to other software. If there is one, it is our first choice.
- File: Excel, CSV or XML files picked up or dropped off at regular intervals. Common with older systems.
- Database: Controlled, usually read-only access to the system's database. A safe and fast route for reporting.

Frequently asked questions
Can you connect several systems in the same project?
Yes, most projects work that way: ERP, e-commerce, marketplaces, shipping and e-invoicing are handled together. We run all of it as your single point of contact, and coordinating with each system's own support team is our job too.
Will our work stop while the integration is being set up?
No. We first test the connections in a test environment, then switch them on in the live systems step by step. Your current way of working continues throughout the transition.
What happens if the other system changes its rules?
Marketplaces, banks and service providers change their connection rules from time to time. Our monitoring catches the error, and we update the connection as part of ongoing support.
How is the price of an integration determined?
