What is Globya App Lab?
Many good ideas get stuck at "I don't know where to start." The person behind the idea knows their industry inside out, but building a software team, choosing the right technology and shipping a first version take a different kind of expertise.
That is where Globya App Lab comes in. Drawing on more than 25 years of software experience, we turn new app and software product ideas first into a validated idea, then into a working first version (MVP). An MVP (Minimum Viable Product) is the simplest version of an idea that is still useful and can be tried out by real users.
App Lab is more a partnership approach than a service we sell. On suitable projects, we are not just the developer but a partner who takes shared ownership of the technical side of the product.
From idea to MVP: how we move forward
1. Listening to and testing the idea
First, we listen to your idea: what problem does it solve, and for whom? Do the people who have this problem really exist, and how do they manage today? At this stage, we research similar solutions and the market, and talk openly about the idea's strengths and weaknesses.
2. Narrowing the scope
A good MVP is not a product that tries to do everything, but one that does a single job very well. Together, we define the must-have features and leave the rest for later versions. This significantly reduces both the timeline and the risk.
3. Building the first version
Once the scope is clear, we build the first version. Our goal is to turn the idea into a product real users can try within about 90 days. The timeline varies with the nature of the project and is confirmed in writing. Throughout development, we move forward with interim deliveries and shape the product together, step by step.
4. Measuring and learning
The real learning begins when the MVP goes live. We measure how users actually use the product, gather feedback and decide the next step based on data: scale up, change direction or drop some features.
5. Scaling
Once the idea gains traction, we prepare the product for more users: we strengthen the infrastructure, improve security and performance and, if needed, add mobile app and integration layers.
