What is Mikro and who uses it?
Mikro is an ERP and accounting software developed in Türkiye and widely used by small and mid-sized businesses. Commercial and general accounting, stock, customer/supplier accounts, orders, invoicing and finance all run in the same system. We come across it often in retail, wholesale and service companies.
As a business grows, sales move beyond a single channel: its own e-commerce site, one or more marketplaces, maybe dealers. A Mikro integration makes sure every one of these channels works from the same stock and prices in Mikro.
What do we connect with Mikro?
| Data | Direction | Frequency |
|---|---|---|
| Stock card, barcode, unit | Mikro → site / marketplace | On change |
| Stock quantity (per warehouse) | Mikro → site, portal, marketplace | At short intervals |
| Sales price, price lists | Mikro → site / portal | On change |
| Order | Site / marketplace / portal → Mikro | Instantly or at short intervals |
| New customer account | Site / portal → Mikro | Together with the order |
| Account balance | Mikro → B2B portal | Several times a day |
| Invoice details | Mikro → site / portal | When the document is created |
| Shipment tracking number | Carrier → site, customer | When the shipment is created |
Flows that write orders or accounts into Mikro are set up as an integration service, with a user that has limited permissions, and tested first. For details, see our ERP integration approach.
READERP for reporting
If you want management reports from your Mikro data, you do not need an integration that writes to the ERP. READERP connects to Netsis, Logo and the other common ERP and finance platforms on the market with read-only access and never writes a single line to the ERP. We assess in writing whether it fits your Mikro installation during the preliminary analysis; if it does, it is installed the same day and starts with ready reports such as Cash, Receivables, Revenue and Stock.
Typical scenarios
- Retailer selling on marketplaces: Stock in Mikro is pushed to Trendyol and Hepsiburada stores, two of Türkiye's largest online marketplaces. Orders from the marketplace land in Mikro, and stock is synced across all channels.
- Wholesaler: Customers see their own price lists and balances in a portal and place orders there; the orders are transferred to Mikro.
- Site renewal: For a company moving from an old platform to IMFLEXI, the Mikro connection is set up as part of the migration; products are not entered again.
How do we work?
- Analysis: We discuss your Mikro product and version, your company and period structure, where the server lives and which transfers are done by hand.
- Mapping: Stock codes and barcodes, variants, warehouses, VAT and account matching rules are put in writing.
- Test environment: The flow is tried on a Mikro test period or a copy.
- Go-live: Flows are switched on one by one; we check the outputs together in the first days.
- Monitoring: Every transfer is logged; a failed record goes into a queue, is retried, and if it still fails an alert goes out.
The most common problem we see in Mikro integrations is the same customer being opened under several account cards. To prevent this, we first match a customer coming from the site or a marketplace against existing accounts by tax number, national ID number or email, and open a new card only if no match is found. For marketplace orders, which account to use (a separate card per customer or a single account per marketplace) is decided together according to your accounting practice.
What to prepare before we start
- Your Mikro product, its version and where the server lives
- Your company and period structure
- The channels you sell through: website, marketplaces, dealers
- The state of barcode and variant data in your stock cards
- How you want marketplace orders recorded in accounting
We complete anything missing together on the first call.
Security and KVKK
The integration user can access only the tables and operations it needs. Connection details are kept in a restricted configuration, not in the code. For the personal data in account cards, we limit the transferred fields to what is necessary and meet the requirements of KVKK (Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law) in full, at no extra charge. Data stays on servers in Türkiye.

Frequently asked questions
Which versions of Mikro do you work with?
We learn the version and installation type in the initial analysis and choose the connection method accordingly. If something is not a good fit, we tell you in writing up front.
Do marketplace orders land in Mikro automatically?
Yes, the flow can be set up that way. When an order is transferred to Mikro, account matching and pricing rules are applied.
Can our outside accountant keep using Mikro?
Of course. The integration does not change the way you work; it only removes the manual transfers.
How often is stock updated?
We set it based on your order volume. For high-volume sellers we sync at short intervals; for others, less frequent syncing is enough.
