What is ERP integration?
ERP (enterprise resource planning) is the core software where a company keeps its stock, customer/supplier accounts, invoices and accounting records. The e-commerce site is where sales happen. ERP integration means these two systems pass data to each other automatically.
Without integration, the picture is familiar: products and prices are updated in the ERP, then typed into the e-commerce panel by hand; orders come in through the store, then get keyed into the ERP by hand. Every manual transfer takes time and carries a risk of error.
Which data is transferred?
From the ERP to IMFLEXI
- Product cards: Stock code, product name, barcode, unit, tax rate
- Stock quantities: Per warehouse, at regular intervals
- Prices: Retail price list and dealer price lists
- Account details: Dealer accounts, risk limit and balance (in B2B setups)
From IMFLEXI to the ERP
- Orders: With customer, products, amount, payment method and shipping details
- New customer cards: A customer ordering for the first time can be opened as an account in the ERP
- Payment records: Records of payments collected by card
Which data flows in which direction, and how often, is decided together in the preliminary analysis. Every company uses its ERP differently; even two companies on the same ERP may have set up their stock codes or warehouse structure differently.
How is it set up?
- Discovery: We review your ERP version, the modules in use, and your warehouse and price list structure.
- Mapping: Fields in the ERP are mapped to their counterparts in IMFLEXI: stock code, variant, category, custom fields.
- Testing: The transfer first runs on test data, and we check the results together with you.
- Go-live: Scheduled transfers are switched on, and every operation is logged.
IMFLEXI's integration layer is designed to work with a range of ERP and retail systems; it connects through the ERP's API or database access. We describe our general approach on our integration service page.
Together with marketplaces and dealers
Once ERP integration is in place, the chain is complete: stock in the ERP flows to IMFLEXI, and from IMFLEXI to marketplaces. A dealer's account balance is read from the ERP, and the B2B order is written back to the ERP. A single stock movement is reflected across every channel.
The reporting side: READERP
At the point where e-commerce orders land in the ERP, a second need appears: making that data readable. Globya's other product, READERP, connects read-only to the ERP and finance platforms widely used in Türkiye, with Netsis and Logo first among them, and delivers ready-made cash, receivables, revenue and stock reports. Used together, the two products give you the whole flow — from sales channel to management report — set up by one team. For details, see our ERP reporting page.
Frequently asked questions
Do we need to change anything in our ERP?
In most cases, no. The integration is adapted to your ERP's existing structure. If there are inconsistencies in your stock codes, we spot them in the preliminary analysis and suggest how to fix them.
Does the transfer run in real time?
Stock and prices are usually transferred at regular intervals, and orders as they come in. The frequency is set according to the load on your ERP and your sales pace.
What if our ERP isn't on the list?
If the system has an API or secure database access, we scope the connection as a project. We first assess feasibility in writing through a preliminary analysis.
