IMFLEXI · Feature

Multiple stores, one admin panel.

Today you have one store; tomorrow you might open a second brand, an international site or a separate wholesale channel. In IMFLEXI, they are all managed from the same panel.

Why do you need multi-store management?

As companies grow, a single e-commerce site stops being enough. A separate storefront opens for a new brand, an English site is set up for international sales, dealers need their own channel. More often than not, each of these runs on a separate system. The result is familiar: the same product is updated in three places, stock drops in one place but not the other, and orders are tracked from three different panels.

IMFLEXI's multi-store setup brings this scattered picture under one roof. Product information is entered once; which store it appears in, at what price and in which language are set separately.

Four layers: store, language, currency, warehouse

Store

Each store can have its own catalog, category structure, theme and pages. The same product family can sell at retail price in one store and at a different price in another. Campaigns are set up per store.

Language

Product names, descriptions, category texts, custom fields and email templates are kept separately for each language. Adding a new language doesn't require software development; once the translated content is entered, that language can go live. On multilingual sites, the correct language tags for search engines are generated automatically.

Currency

Prices can be shown in different currencies. Exchange rates update automatically every day; the rate in effect at the moment of ordering is recorded on the order, so the order total stays the same even if the rate changes later. Tax rules can be defined by country, province and region.

Warehouse

Stock is not a single number; it is tracked per warehouse. A product may be available in the Ankara warehouse but sold out in the İstanbul warehouse; the cart knows which warehouse will fulfill the order. Shipping can also be calculated per warehouse.

How is it used in practice?

A few typical scenarios:

  • Second brand: A manufacturer opens a separate storefront for its second brand in a different price segment. Product and stock data are shared; look and pricing are separate.
  • International sales: The Türkiye site runs in TRY, the international site in euros and English. Orders land in the same panel.
  • Physical store network: Branch stock is defined as separate warehouses; when a customer chooses "pick up in store," stock drops at the right branch.
  • Wholesale channel: A separate store is opened for dealers, or a B2B section within the same store.

One panel, one report

The biggest payoff of managing multiple stores from one panel is in reporting. You see on a single screen which store sold what, in which language, of which product. If you want to combine sales data with the accounting side, ERP integration comes into play.

Multilingual, multi-market setups also need their own planning on the SEO and GEO side. We handle this together as part of the setup.

Frequently asked questions

Can we use a separate domain for each store?

Yes. Each store can be published on its own domain or on a subpath of the same domain; we choose together which is right for you based on your SEO needs.

Is there a limit on the number of stores?

There is no fixed limit in the software. The real needs of your business set the limit; we discuss this in the preliminary analysis.

Can we set the exchange rate ourselves?

Yes. You can use the automatic daily rate or define a fixed rate for specific currencies.
