Why do you need marketplace integration?
A large share of companies selling online in Türkiye sell both on their own site and on one or more Turkish marketplaces such as Trendyol and Hepsiburada. Marketplaces bring a wide audience; your own site matters for your brand, customer relationships and margins. The hard part of running both is operations:
- If a product sells on your own site and the marketplace stock doesn't drop, an item you don't have gets sold and the order is canceled. That lowers your seller rating on the marketplace.
- When a price changes, it has to be updated on each channel separately.
- Orders are collected from different panels, and shipping and invoicing are handled separately.
Marketplace integration lets you run all of this from the IMFLEXI panel.
What gets synced?
- Products: Product names, descriptions, images and attributes are sent to the marketplace. You can use different titles and descriptions per channel.
- Category and attribute mapping: Your own categories are mapped to the marketplace's category tree, and your custom fields to the marketplace's required attributes.
- Stock: When a sale happens on any channel, stock is updated on all channels. Stock sync runs automatically at regular intervals.
- Prices: Price rules can be defined per channel — for example, a price that is a set percentage higher to cover the marketplace commission.
- Orders: Marketplace orders are transferred into IMFLEXI; they appear in the same list as your own site's orders and go through the same shipping and invoicing flow.
XML and product feeds
Besides direct integration, IMFLEXI can export your product catalog as XML and similar feed files. These feeds are used by comparison sites, shopping ads and social media catalogs. For help setting up shopping ads properly, you can turn to our digital advertising service.
Which marketplaces?
IMFLEXI includes a ready-made integration layer for marketplace connections, starting with N11. The connection is configured during setup based on the current API of the marketplace you work with. If you sell on a channel that isn't on the list, we review that channel's API and scope the connection as a project. For our general integration approach, see our integration service page.
Logging and traceability
Every upload and sync operation is logged. Why a product couldn't be sent to the marketplace, which order was transferred when, which stock level was updated when — all of it can be seen in the panel. When a problem comes up, you look at the log instead of guessing.
Together with your ERP
If your ERP is the true source of stock and prices, the chain is set up like this: from the ERP to IMFLEXI, and from IMFLEXI to every sales channel. Orders come back the same way. Details: ERP integration.
Frequently asked questions
Can our existing marketplace listings be matched to IMFLEXI?
Yes. Your existing marketplace listings are matched to products in IMFLEXI by barcode or stock code; you don't need to create listings from scratch.
How often does stock sync run?
Stock and price sync runs automatically at regular intervals; the frequency is set according to the limits the marketplace allows and your sales pace.
Can we sell some products only on marketplaces?
Yes. Which channels each product is available on is set individually.
