Why does integration matter?
Think about the journey of a single order: a customer orders from your website or a marketplace, payment is taken, stock goes down, an invoice is issued, the parcel ships, the customer is notified and the transaction is recorded in accounting. Each of these steps happens in a different system. If the systems aren't connected, people fill the gaps between them: copy, paste, check, fix.
Integration eliminates this manual shuffling. Systems talk directly through APIs; stock is updated on every channel at the same time, the invoice is created together with the order, and the shipment tracking number goes to the customer automatically. That lets your team focus on customers and sales instead of repetitive tasks.
Globya builds and maintains this middleware layer between your systems. Details of the service are on the integration page.

ERP and accounting
Your ERP is your company's master ledger. We work with the widely used ERP and finance platforms on the market, led by Netsis and Logo, the ERP systems widely used in Türkiye. We make sure your e-commerce site or B2B dealer portal pulls stock, price and customer/supplier account data from the ERP, and that orders flow back into the ERP correctly.
If you only want to report on your ERP data, READERP offers a different route: it connects read-only, never writes a single line to the ERP, is set up the same day and merges separate fiscal-period databases into a single time series. We cover the topic on the ERP reporting page.
E-invoice, e-archive, e-waybill
Issuing documents by hand after each order leads to both delays and errors. Through the accredited integrator you already use, we make sure documents such as the e-invoice (e-Fatura) and e-archive invoice (e-Arşiv) are created together with the order and sent to the customer.
Marketplaces
For companies selling on several marketplaces, the biggest risk is a product that has sold out on one channel continuing to sell on another. We manage product, stock and price data from one central place and sync it to every channel, and we gather orders on a single screen. This applies to Turkish marketplaces such as Trendyol and Hepsiburada as well as international ones. Our own e-commerce platform, IMFLEXI, comes with these integrations built in.
Payment and shipping
With virtual POS providers and payment institutions, we set up secure payment, installment and refund processes; with carriers, we set up shipment creation, label printing and tracking notifications. Your customers never have to call to ask where their order is.
CRM, marketing and analytics
Form submissions and quote requests from your website land in your CRM, so your sales team never misses a lead. We set up automatic notifications through email and SMS services, and make sales and traffic data measurable with analytics tools. Analytics setups follow KVKK (Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law) and cookie consent rules.
How do we work?
- Inventory: We map the systems you use, their versions and the data flows between them.
- Design: We define which data flows, in which direction, how often, and what happens when something fails.
- Setup and testing: We first try the integration in a test environment, without touching live data.
- Monitoring: After go-live, we monitor the flow, log errors and report them.
We also keep track of updates to the systems we connect to; when the other side makes a change, we adapt the integration.
Our ERP isn't on the list. Can you still connect to it?
Most likely, yes. We can connect to most systems that offer API or database access. We give a definite answer after an initial review.
Will the integration break our ERP?
No. We test integrations in a test environment first and write only to agreed fields, in a controlled way. If you only need reporting, we use a read-only connection.
Our current e-commerce site runs on another platform. Can you integrate it?
Yes. We can build integrations with most widely used e-commerce platforms. If you run into the limits of your platform, we can also look at the option of moving to IMFLEXI.
