What is integration, and why do you need it?
Most companies run several different systems at the same time: an ERP or accounting package, an e-commerce site, marketplace stores, a shipping carrier's panel, an e-invoice provider, a CRM, and sometimes a dealer portal. Each one does its own job well, but none of them knows the others exist. People fill the gap: copy, paste, check, retype.
Integration means these systems send data to each other directly. An order drops into the ERP the moment it is placed on the site, stock is updated on the site and the marketplaces as soon as it changes in the ERP, and an invoice reaches the customer the moment it is issued. The gain is not just time: manual entry errors, selling products that are out of stock and shipping to the wrong address largely disappear too.

ERP integration
In most companies, the ERP is the source of truth for customer/supplier accounts, stock and invoices. That is why most integrations start or end in the ERP. We work with the common ERPs, above all Netsis and Logo, the ERP systems widely used in Türkiye: we read product, price and stock data from the ERP and push it to your website and portals, and we write orders and customer records back into the ERP correctly.
The most critical question in ERP integration is which data flows in which direction, and which version wins when there is a conflict. We put these decisions in writing from the start. Marketplace and e-commerce integration
If you sell the same product on your own site and on several marketplaces, updating stock and prices everywhere by hand simply isn't sustainable. With marketplace integration, product data is managed from one place, orders land in a single list, and stock goes down across all channels at the same time.

Payment, shipping and e-invoice integration
The back end of a sale comes down to three steps: collecting payment, shipping the goods and issuing the paperwork. With virtual POS (payment gateway) and payment provider integration, the payment is automatically matched to the order. With shipping (carrier) integration, the shipment record and tracking number are created without manual entry and sent to the customer. With e-invoice (e-Fatura) / e-archive invoice (e-Arşiv) integration, the invoice is issued automatically through your e-invoice provider and posted to the ERP.
When these three steps are set up properly, the order moves along on its own from the customer's point of view: "paid, shipped, invoice received." Details are on the e-invoice, shipping and payment integration page.
API integration and CRM connections
An API is the common language two pieces of software use to talk to each other. We connect systems that have no ready-made link — a supplier's stock service, a CRM, an industry-specific application — through their APIs. When needed, we also design an API for your own systems so that others can connect to them securely.
A good integration doesn't just work; it also tells you when it isn't working. We keep a transaction log for every flow and set up retries and alerts for errors. How we work
- System map: After an initial phone call, we list the systems you use and the manual work that happens between them.
- Flow design: For each piece of data, we write down its source, direction, frequency and what should happen when something goes wrong.
- Test environment: We first try the integration with test data, without touching your live systems.
- Gradual rollout: We switch flows on one at a time and check the results together with you during the first days.
- Monitoring and support: We monitor the live flows and update them when the systems on the other side change.
Integration moves personal data from one system to another. We limit the transferred fields to what is actually needed and fully meet the requirements of KVKK (Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law) at no extra charge. Will our work stop while the integration is being set up?
No. We first build the integration in a test environment and then connect it to your live systems gradually. Your current way of working continues throughout the transition.
Will the integration break if the other system changes?
Marketplaces and service providers change their connection rules from time to time. As part of our support, we track these changes and update the flows; if an error occurs, our monitoring system alerts us.
How long does an integration take?
