What is Netsis and who uses it?
Netsis is an ERP and accounting software that has been used in Türkiye for many years; today it is developed under Logo Yazılım. Netsis and Logo are the ERP systems widely used in Türkiye, and with product families such as Netsis 3 and Netsis Wings, Netsis is especially common among mid-sized manufacturers, wholesalers and distributors. Stock, customer/supplier accounts, orders, delivery notes, invoices, production and finance all live in the same database.
That is why, in most companies, Netsis is where the "right numbers" are kept. The problem is that your e-commerce site, dealer portal or marketplace store does not know those numbers by itself. A Netsis integration closes that gap.
What do we connect with Netsis?

Writing orders or accounts into Netsis is an integration service: it is set up with a user that has limited permissions and tested in a test environment first. We describe the method in detail on the ERP integration page.
If you only need reports: READERP
If the goal is not to write data into Netsis but to get accurate reports for management, you do not need an integration. READERP connects to Netsis, Logo and the other common ERP and finance platforms on the market with read-only access; it never writes a single line to Netsis. It is installed the same day, merges fiscal-period databases into a single time series and lets you ask questions in Turkish. Cash, Receivables, Revenue, Stock, Payroll, Cash cycle and Confirmation reports come ready; custom financial reports are added when needed.
Typical scenarios
- Wholesaler B2B portal: When a dealer logs into the B2B dealer portal, they see their own price list, current stock from Netsis and their account balance. The order they place lands in Netsis as a sales order; once shipped, the delivery note and invoice numbers flow back to the portal.
- E-commerce and marketplaces: Products are created in Netsis and pushed to IMFLEXI or your current site and to the marketplaces. Whatever channel a sale comes from, stock drops in Netsis and the other channels are updated.
- Management report: The general manager wants to see cash and receivables every Monday without waiting for an Excel file. READERP reads Netsis and prepares the report; Netsis itself is not touched.
How do we work?
- Analysis: On the first phone call we talk through your Netsis version, where the database lives and which transfers are done by hand.
- Mapping: We put stock codes, variants, units, VAT, account matching (by tax number or email) and warehouse rules in writing.
- Test environment: We try the flow on a Netsis test period or a copy; live data is not touched.
- Go-live: We switch the flows on one by one and check the results together with you in the first days.
- Monitoring: Every transfer is logged. If something fails, the record goes into an error queue and is retried at intervals; if it still fails, both you and we get an alert.
When a new fiscal period is opened in Netsis at year end, the integration's target changes; we plan that transition in advance as well.
Security and KVKK
We give the integration user only the permissions it needs, on only the tables it needs; the reporting side is fully read-only. Connection details and passwords are kept in a restricted configuration, not in the code. Account cards contain personal data, so we limit the transferred fields to what is necessary and meet the requirements of KVKK (Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law) in full, at no extra charge. Data does not leave the country; the flow stays between your server and servers in Türkiye.

Can a Netsis integration harm our Netsis?
We test the flow in a test environment first and limit write permissions to the fields that are needed. Every transfer is logged and can be traced back. If you only need reports, READERP works without writing anything at all.
Is the method the same for Netsis 3 and Netsis Wings?
The general logic is the same; the connection method is chosen based on the version and how it is installed. We clarify this in the initial analysis.
What if we have more than one company or fiscal period?
The integration is built to know which company and period it should write to. For reporting, READERP merges fiscal-period databases into a single time series.
Do we need to replace our current e-commerce site?
