We use AI in two different places
In the development process: We use AI tools while writing code, preparing tests and producing documentation. This helps projects reach their first working version sooner and lets your feedback show up on screen faster. Every piece of code an AI tool suggests is read and tested by an experienced developer, and only then does it go into the project.
Inside the software: We add AI features to the custom software we build for you. These features take over the steps in your team's daily work that are repetitive and time-consuming but do not require complex decisions.
Where do AI features add value?
| Task | Example |
|---|---|
| Reading documents | Pulling the products, quantities and delivery date from an order that arrives by email or PDF into a form |
| Summarizing | Condensing a long service history or customer email thread into a few lines |
| Classifying | Routing incoming support requests to the right person by topic and urgency |
| Drafting | A first draft of a proposal description, product copy or reply email |
| Questions in plain language | Letting an employee ask their own data, in Turkish, which product had the most returns last month |
In all of these tasks, the final decision always stays with a person. AI prepares the draft; your employee reviews and approves it.
Where we do not recommend it
Rule-based work with exact answers, such as accounting entries, price calculations and stock deductions, is handled more reliably by conventional software. Using AI here adds unnecessary cost and increases the risk of errors. Even for tasks like asking questions about financial data in Turkish, the answer needs to be backed by verified queries; you can see an example of this approach in our READERP product.
Data security and KVKK
When we add an AI feature, the first thing we discuss is where the data goes:
- Which data is sent to the AI service, and which is never sent?
- Is personal data masked before it is sent?
- Does the service provider store the data or use it for training?
- Does the setup involve transferring data outside Türkiye?
The answers to these questions are written into the design. Requirements under KVKK (Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law) are never left incomplete, and we do not charge extra for this. You can find the details on our KVKK compliance service page.
Checklist before you start
- Which text- or document-related task does your team repeat every day?
- How many people does this task take today, and for how long?
- If there is an error, what are the consequences, and who will check?
- Does the data to be processed include personal information or trade secrets?
Frequently asked questions
Does an AI feature require separate software?
Usually not. It is added as a module to your existing custom software or to the software being newly developed.
What happens if the AI gives a wrong result?
That is why we design these features with an approval step. The AI makes a suggestion and an employee approves the record; incorrect suggestions are also tracked so the system can be improved.
Is code developed with AI reliable?
Every line is reviewed and tested by a developer. AI increases speed, but responsibility stays with our team.
