Which ERPs does it work with?
READERP works with the ERP and finance platforms widely used in Türkiye, with Netsis and Logo first among them. A large share of mid-sized companies in Türkiye use one of these two systems; READERP's ready-made report catalog was first written on the data structure of these systems and validated on real data.
These systems usually run on a Microsoft SQL Server database. READERP's agent connects to this database with a read-only user; it doesn't install any module in the ERP itself.
Netsis
The most common challenge in Netsis installations is that a separate database is opened for each fiscal period. READERP maps these databases not by their names but by counting the transactions inside them, and merges the years into a single time series. Details: fiscal-period merging.
Logo
In Logo installations, the company and period structure is stored differently. READERP discovers this structure by measuring it during setup; if multiple companies are kept in the same installation, each is read within its own scope, and users see only the companies they are authorized for.
Other ERP and finance platforms
If your system isn't Netsis or Logo, that doesn't mean READERP won't work. What decides it is:
- Can read-only access to the database be provided from inside the company?
- In which tables, and in what structure, are accounting, customer/supplier account, stock and payroll data kept?
- How are periods and companies separated?
The answers to these questions are established by measurement in the discovery step of same-day setup. You are told in writing which reports in the ready-made catalog run directly on your system and which need adapting. Needs specific to your company are added as custom financial reports.
Cloud and on-premise installations
If your ERP runs on a server inside the company, the agent is installed on the same network. If the ERP is hosted in a data center or in the cloud, all that's needed is a point from which the agent can reach the database. Together with e-commerce and other systems
If you want to connect your ERP to your e-commerce site, marketplaces or dealer portal, that is a job for our integration service, not for READERP; READERP only reads. On the e-commerce side, Globya's platform IMFLEXI exchanges data with the ERP in both directions, while READERP takes care of the reporting side of the same data.
Frequently asked questions
Our ERP version is old — will it work?
In most cases, yes; READERP talks to the database, not to the ERP application. We check your version in the preliminary analysis.
Do we need permission from our ERP vendor?
READERP doesn't install or write anything in your ERP. Even so, we recommend checking whether your license agreement has any restrictions on database access.
