Content and keyword strategy — the clearest answer to your customer's question

A good content strategy is not about writing more; it is about writing the right thing on the right page. We learn how your customers search and give every page a single clear job.

How is keyword research done?

A keyword is the phrase your customer types into the search box. We start the research not with how you name your own services, but with how your customer names them. An HVAC company might say "ventilation system design," while the customer often searches for "factory ventilation cost" or "how to ventilate a workshop."

Our sources: the existing search queries in Search Console, volume data from keyword tools, the topics your competitors rank for, the questions your sales team hears most often on the phone, and Google's "People also ask" boxes.

Search intent — more important than the keyword

Two searches on the same topic can carry very different intent. Someone typing "what is ERP" wants to learn; someone typing "ERP reporting software" is looking for a solution. If you do not build the page around the intent, rankings are hard to come by even if you use the right keyword.

Page plan and topic clusters

After the research, we draw up a page map: one main page for each core service, subpages that go deeper into it, and blog posts that answer frequently asked questions. This structure is called a topic cluster; the pages are connected with internal links and show both Google and AI systems that you have deep knowledge of the subject.

We do not let two pages compete for the same keyword (keyword cannibalization). If that is happening, we merge the pages or separate their roles.

Content writing checklist

  • Does the page have a single main search intent?
  • Does the keyword appear naturally in the title, the first paragraph and at least one subheading?
  • Is there a concrete example, table or list of steps?
  • Are frequently asked questions answered briefly and clearly?
  • Are there internal links to related pages?
  • Does the text inform rather than push a sale?
  • Is it up to date, or does it contain outdated information?

Who writes it?

We write the copy together with your knowledge. You know the technical details of your industry best; we make that knowledge readable and searchable. We use AI tools for drafting and research, but every piece of text is reviewed and edited by a person.

This work is at the heart of our SEO and GEO service. For examples of how different industries search, see the industries section; for our articles, see the blog.

Frequently asked questions

How many blog posts do we need per month?

Quality matters, not quantity. For most corporate companies, two or three well-prepared posts a month do more good than ten written at random.

Should we delete our existing content?

Usually not. We first update and strengthen it; only pages that are truly worthless or duplicated get merged or redirected.

Is AI-written content a problem?

Google looks at whether content is helpful, not at how it was produced. Unchecked, generic text, however, loses both readers and rankings.
