Digital Advertising · Meta

The right message to the right people on Facebook and Instagram.

Meta ads are how you reach people who need what you offer but aren't searching for you yet. Here, success usually depends less on the budget and more on the quality of the visuals and the message.

When do Meta ads make sense?

On Google, people search for something; on Instagram and Facebook, they scroll through a feed. That difference defines the role of Meta ads. People aren't expecting to see your ad, so you have to catch their attention within the first second or two.

Meta ads work especially well in these situations:

  • Visually strong products (furniture, cosmetics, food, home decor)
  • Campaigns aimed at a specific region (clinics, courses, restaurants, hotels)
  • Introducing a new product or service
  • Reminding people who visited your site but haven't decided yet

For industrial or long-sales-cycle B2B businesses, Meta is usually not the main channel; it's used as a complement for brand awareness and remarketing.

How do you build an audience?

Meta has three kinds of audiences: audiences based on interests and demographics, custom audiences made up of people who have interacted with you (site visitors, Instagram followers), and lookalike audiences of people similar to them. Because Meta's own algorithm has performed well with broad audiences in recent years, we don't narrow the targeting too much and put most of the effort into the creative.

Using your customer lists for advertising means sharing personal data. We only take this step once the privacy notice and explicit consent side is in place; this is where KVKK compliance (under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law) comes directly into play.

Creative: visuals and message

A successful Meta ad usually tells a single idea. A short video showing the product in use, a before-and-after image, or a clear answer to a question customers ask. Several different visuals and texts run together, within a few days it becomes clear which one works better, and the budget shifts toward it.

Vertical formats for phones (stories and reels) need their own attention; cropping a horizontal image is usually not enough.

Meta Pixel and the Conversions API

For Meta to learn which ad brings in a sale or a form, Meta Pixel is added to your site. Because browser restrictions can cause the Pixel alone to miss some conversions, we also set up the server-side Conversions API on suitable sites. Together they provide more complete measurement. Details are on the conversion tracking page.

Checklist

  • Is the business account (Business Manager) in your company's name?
  • Is Meta Pixel installed and are events firing correctly?
  • Does ad tracking stay off without cookie consent?
  • Does each campaign have at least two or three different creatives?
  • Are vertical video and image formats ready?

Frequently asked questions

Should we run ads to grow our follower count?

Followers alone don't bring in business. We recommend tying the goal to a measurable result such as messages, form submissions or site visits.

Is boosting an Instagram post enough?

It can work for a quick test, but campaigns set up in Ads Manager give you far more control over targeting and measurement.

Who prepares the visuals?

We can start with the visuals you already have; if needed, we also prepare images and edit short videos to fit the ad formats.
